Privacy Policy

D&D Electric, LLC ("D&D," "we," "us," or "our") operates Financial Reporting, a private application that prepares management reports from authorized QuickBooks Online company data. This policy explains what information the application handles and how it is used.

Information we process

After an authorized QuickBooks user approves a connection, the application may process company identifiers, authorization tokens, company profile information, chart-of-accounts data, customers and projects, estimates, invoices, bills, purchases, time activity, and financial-report data needed to prepare management reporting.

We do not request QuickBooks usernames or passwords. We do not use this application to collect full payment-card numbers, online banking credentials, or Social Security numbers.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate authorized connections, retrieve current accounting data, calculate internal financial metrics, troubleshoot the reporting service, and protect the application from unauthorized access. We do not sell personal or company information or use it for advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

Data may be processed by infrastructure and security providers that host or protect the application. Those providers may process data only to deliver their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the rights, security, or integrity of the application and its authorized users.

Security

We use encrypted network connections, access controls, restricted credentials, and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Retention and deletion

Authorization tokens are retained only while a company connection is active or as needed to complete disconnection. When a connection is revoked, tokens are invalidated or removed promptly. Cached reporting data associated with the disconnected company is deleted within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law. QuickBooks remains the source of record for accounting information.

Your choices

A QuickBooks administrator may revoke the application at any time from the connected-app settings. Authorized users may also request access, correction, or deletion of application-held information by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the application, security practices, or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version.
