End-User License Agreement
Effective September 4, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of Financial Reporting (the "Application"), operated by D&D Electric, LLC. By connecting a QuickBooks Online company or using the Application, an authorized user agrees to this Agreement on behalf of the applicable company.
Limited internal-use license
D&D grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for internal management reporting for companies that have approved a QuickBooks connection.
Authorized connections
Users may connect only company files they are authorized to access. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate QuickBooks permissions and for promptly disconnecting access when it is no longer needed. The Application may not be used to obtain information from an unauthorized company or person.
Reporting purpose
The Application retrieves and organizes accounting data to support financial and management reporting. It is not the accounting system of record, does not replace professional accounting judgment, and does not create, edit, or delete QuickBooks accounting transactions. Users must verify material decisions against QuickBooks and appropriate company records.
Restrictions
Users may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, interfere with, circumvent security controls for, or use the Application to violate law or third-party rights. Users may not attempt to obtain credentials or data belonging to another user or company.
Third-party services
QuickBooks Online and related Intuit services are provided by Intuit under separate terms. D&D does not control the availability or operation of those services. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of their respective owner; the Application is not endorsed or sponsored by Intuit.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Application when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or operations. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve authorized reporting access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
The Application is provided for internal informational use on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&D disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application or reliance on a report.
Termination
Access may be terminated by disconnecting the Application in QuickBooks or by contacting D&D. Upon termination, the right to use the Application ends and application-held data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
